Gifting terms and conditions

We'd love for your gifting experience to be an easy and enjoyable one!

If an item ordered is out of stock, another gift of the same or higher value (or addition of item to equal that value) will be used.  Customers may not be notified if this occurs.

Seasonal orders (Purim, Chanukah, etc) Please place your orders before our cut off times! Orders placed after that may not be fulfilled, although we will try out best to do so. If we are able to fulfill your order,, delivery within our usual timeframe is not guaranteed, and gifts may be delivered after specific date/ yom tov.

All pictures on our website are for illustrative purposes only, and may contain items that are not included / differ in gift- please read product listing for details of contents. Size of gifts may not be pictured to scale, please do not judge size by additional objects in pictures.
